Devote Service to Site and Fully Work on Commissioning
Weifang Special Steel Bridge Type Bucket Wheel Reclaimer project is one of the recent projects of Fangda Group NHI company. Over the past few months, 10 fitter workers, including Sheng Zunliang, Wang Xingbao and Zhang Chong, have successively gone to the project site. They overcome the hot summer and cold winter, continuous operation, commissioning difficulty and other hard situation, to provide full service to users and ensure the site installation and commissioning work smoothly.
The structure of Bridge Type Bucket Wheel Reclaimer was very complicated, the installation was very difficult, and the on-site installation and commissioning experience for this product was also limited. In the face of difficulties, NHI people first made a detailed analysis of the product, and then set up a team with rich assembly experience to tackle the special problem. In order to catch up the schedule, Sheng Zunliang, Wang Xingbao and others gave up their rest time and often worked overtime more than 10 hours a day, just to ensure that the installation and commissioning works could be completed on time.
The extreme weather did not bring them to their knees. On the site of the project, they received the cargos in the heavy rain, installed and welded in the hot sun. The hot weather made their work clothes wet every day, and even the labor protection shoes were full of sweat. When the epidemic was serious in Shandong, the canteen was not open, so they could only bring the lunch they bought outside in the morning to the installation site. But when it's hot, lunch was sour, and when it's cold, lunch was cold. In the face of these hardships, none of them complained that they were tired, the fatigue and hard work did not reduce their on-site service enthusiasm for users. Especially, Sheng Zunliang, as the person in charge of the overall installation and commissioning of the project, who coordinated various affairs every day, including crane application, tool purchase, on-site electricity consumption, safety and quality, as well as the communication with the owner, he was able to do everything in detail and led the team to strive for better service for the users.
As NHI people, they care about the development of the enterprise, but also put the interests of users in the first place. From Fangda Special Steel to Weifang Special Steel even to Lingyuan Steel, the on-site service, installation and commissioning technology from Fangda Group NHI was more and more skilled.
