NHI implemented the distribution system of "pay as you work". Since the implementation of the mixed reform on April 30, 2019, the company has paid 23.62 million yuan as a bonus to sales staff with outstanding performance according to the incentive policy, and the highest individual bonus exceeds 1 million yuan. The design and development personnel were given 4.72 million yuan of commission for cost reduction and efficiency increase, and the highest individual was awarded 50 thousand yuan. In August 2019, the branch factory of structural parts with the most full production tasks achieved a monthly income of more than 10,000 yuan for 106 employees. As of November 30, 2020, NHI has issued various kinds of special awards of more than 88,372 million yuan, among which, the highest individual single payment of outstanding reward exceeded 8.4 million yuan. Rely on the Technological Advantages of Enterprises to Promote Market Efficiency through Product Innovation

MLL1200 spiral vertical grinding machine with installed power of 1200KW is the largest spiral vertical grinding machine in China at present. Its technology is only in the hands of a few large foreign mining equipment companies. The few large domestic equipment manufacturers qualified to manufacture the product are also in the experimental stage. On March 1, 2020, after 10 months of hard work from the NHI design team, the first T12 active multi-functional crawler scraper independently designed and developed in China was successfully tested under working conditions, which completely broke the monopoly of European and American countries, filled the gap in the field of national construction machinery, and again demonstrated the strength of NHI's independent research and development and manufacturing. The T12 active multi-functional crawler scraper integrated mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems into one system. It has the functions of shoveling, transportation-bulldozing and finishing, which can complete shoveling, transporting, bulldozing and finishing at one time. The capacity of shoveling and transporting can reach 300 cubic meters per hour. Compared with the traditional way of excavator shoveling, loading truck transportation and bulldozer cooperation, the maximum shoveling capacity is 240 cubic meters per hour, which has the advantages of high construction efficiency and low cost.
Tunneling technology has always been the traditional advantage field of NHI. At present, NHI not only participates in many transportation infrastructure constructions including Shenyang subway project, but also introduces tunneling technology into the construction of coal mine roadway for the first time. The new product of the first full-section Φ4.5m semi-coal and rock roadway boring machine in China designed and manufactured by NHI is driven in the semi-coal and semi-rock strata with the construction progress of more than 600m per month, which not only solved the geological adaptability problem that the traditional open type or double shield TBM cannot be used in the semi-coal strata at present, but also expanded the application range of TBM in coal mine roadway construction.
Through a series of product innovation, NHI has opened up the situation in many emerging markets and broadened the road for sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
Grasping the Market Rules, Accelerating the Pace of Transformation and Upgrading to Achieve High-quality Development of Enterprises
Through the implementation of the mixed system reform, relying on the new system mechanism and management mode, with the full support of Fangda Group, NHI will constantly release the source of innovation and development, and create new competitive advantages. At present, NHI have completed 4 traditional products such as 550m2 belt sintering machine and 10 new product development and design, such as HLS-415 new sintering ring cooler development. By expanding business scope and increasing production capacity, NHI have continued to increase the economic growth points of the enterprise, and the research and development of new technologies and new products has entered the "fast lane".
As a leading enterprise in the field of belt conveyor, NHI took the lead in starting the design and research and development of the "Three Standardization" common parts of belt conveyor in China, and achieved success. This greatly improved the design quality, the design efficiency by more than 30%, shortened the technical preparation period, provided accurate and reliable data support for the future digital development of belt conveyor products and the realization of product information management, which was of great significance.
Relying on the flexible system and mechanism, NHI actively seeked opportunities conducive to the development of the enterprise and increased the production capacity through the purchase of advanced equipment. In 2020, Fangda Group invested 1 billion yuan in equipment upgrading, which was to help NHI quickly break through the capacity limit and form the scale advantage. The improvement of quality and efficiency was facilitated to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises and reverse the passive situation of "big but not strong" in the past.
