FANGDA GROUP NHI: ATTACH IMPORTANCE ON FIRE PROTECTION TO ENSURE SAFETY
In order to further implement fire control policy of "prevention first and combination of prevention and extinguishing", NHI builds a "firewall" project in an all-round way, and improves the ability of fire prevention and control and emergency response. During the national fire safety month, Fangda Group NHI carried out a number of drill activities, such as night fire plan drill, fire accident emergency rescue drill and so on. Through effective implementation of the rescue drill, on one hand, it enhances the coordination and cooperation ability of the emergency response; On the other hand, it also improved the emergency response ability and safety awareness of the employees.

Since the mixed reform, NHI has attached great importance to safety work, and the economic operation has been developing well in an all-round way. All production workshops are in full swing, and orders at home and abroad continue. In order to ensure that all work of safety production can be carried out, NHI takes the result as the guidance, strengthens the management foundation, constructs the vertical and penetrating safety management system, implements the target reward and punishment system of safety risk mortgage, implements the safety production responsibility system of personnel at all levels, seriously evaluates the violations in the inspection, and assesses the leaders of the workshop and branch plant jointly and severally. By doing these regulations, safety production is implemented in the operation specification that everyone must abide by.
NHI has set up a safety management team formed by full-time and part-time safety management personnel to carry out daily safety production management work. In addition to the 11 professional safety management personnel in the safety, technology and environmental protection department, 27 full-time safety management personnel and 44 part-time safety management personnel are also set up in each branch plant of NHI., so as to strengthen the daily on-site safety guarantee work.
NHI attaches great importance to safety control and hidden danger investigation of high-risk and accident-prone operations such as special operation, dangerous operation and related parties entering the factory. NHI strictly audits the qualification of the third party and monitors the whole construction process to ensure the safety of construction personnel and equipment. NHI implements daily supervision of each workshop site and timely eliminates violations, hidden dangers, increases the frequency of safety inspection of the second and third shift, and strictly prevent accidents. At the same time, problems found in the inspection shall be assessed in strict accordance with the relevant system of NHI.
Night Fire Prevention Drill to Improve Actual Combating Level
In order to do a good job in the fire safety work in the plant area, build a "firewall" project in an all-round way, and improve the ability of fire prevention and control and emergency response ability, NHI organized a night fire plan drill.
The drill site of is set in the outdoor operation area of NHI. During inspection of the plant area, the security personnel found that there was a "fire" at the stacking place of waste wood and combustible debris in the open-air operation area, accompanied by open fire and smoke. When the patrol personnel find "fire", they immediately pressed the manual alarm button and dial the factory phone to alarm. After receiving the alarm, the security department personnel immediately reported the "fire" to the duty personnel and requested to start the fire fighting and emergency evacuation plan in the plant area at night. At the same time, they immediately informed the staff of the mini fire station to form the first fire fighting force and went to the "fire" scene to put out the fire. Based on the relevant disposal procedures of the plan, a temporary fire command department was established. The members of the command immediately started the emergency plan and arrived at the scene to issue firefighting and rescue orders to the action groups.
After the first fire fighting force of the security department arrived at the scene, a water gun position was set up at the nearby fire hydrant to cool and control the fire threatened workshop to prevent the fire from spreading to the hydraulic oil station in the plant. After the night shift personnel of nearby production unit were mobilized to form the second fire fighting force, the firefighting action team immediately set up a water gun position at the fire hydrant near the South Gate of the landlord of A04 factory to control the fire. The communication and liaison group transmitted the commander's order to each professional group and was ready to rescue and evacuate to the social rescue forces at any time. Under the cover of water gun, the guidance group and the safety rescue team had transferred the unburned wood and combustible debris to a safe place, and firefighting and emergency rescue work had been carried out in an orderly manner.
Through the fire plan drill, the actual ability of fire safety work has been effectively improved, and the fire safety awareness of employees has been further improved, and the expected effect has been achieved.
Drilling of Oil Tank Fire Accident to Test Emergency Handling Capability
In order to further implement fire control policy and improve the fire safety awareness and emergency handling ability of employees, especially to deal with the quenching oil tank fire accident. NHI carried out an emergency rescue drill of quenching oil tank fire accident on the production site to test the emergency command ability and field personnel collaborative ability in case of emergency.
The drill was set up for the NHI employees during quench the work pieces, the overhead crane suddenly broke down, so that the workpiece could not completely enter the oil tank, thus causing a "fire" accident. After the occurrence of the dangerous situation, the monitor of the conditioning team timely reported the danger to the on-site emergency command, and the on-site emergency commander timely started the NHI emergency plan and actively organized the on-site rescue and personnel evacuation as per the plan instructions, and multiple action groups were linked at the first time, each performing its own duties, and successfully reducing the accident harm to the minimum.
Through the oil tank fire accident drill, the emergency response ability of relevant departments and employees of the company has been effectively tested, and the fire safety awareness and common sense of the majority of employees has been improved, and the expected effect has been achieved.
