Facing the rising sun, in the workshop of NHI Large Component Machining Branch, employees were greeted early morning. On the first day of the "Double Festival", there were more than 340 employees in the branch, giving up their rest time and sticking to their jobs. In this workshop, all the equipment was in operation early on the National Day, and the employees were busy in an orderly manner. In order to ensure the timely delivery of a large number of key projects such as Shandong Rizhao Sintering Machine Spare Parts, Jiujiang Pinggang Steel Spare Parts, Hebei Huaxin Project, Shenyang TBM project, Bao Steel Zhanjiang Belt Conveyor, etc., the major component branch plant was mobilized before the holiday and carefully arranged in advance, branch leaders personally took the initiative to track the production progress, production and technical personnel prepared the pre-production in advance, implemented product processing progress, promoted and coordinated the operation of workpieces, assisted workshops with attendants to maintain equipment safety and stability, and ensured the preparation of tools in processing equipped with logistical support, and fully cooperated with the first-line processing progress of the production. According to the production progress, each workshop adjusted the production, rationally allocated processing equipment, and arranges personnel shifts. The workshop employees actively responded, overcame the difficulties, and all stick to their work. The key products ensured the overall improvement of labor efficiency during the festival. During the "Double Festival", the number of attendances at the branch were expected to reach more than 3,000, and we will make every effort to ensure the timely delivery of key products.

Machines were rumbling, and welding was spattered, and NHI Fabrication Workshop was busy. In order to complete the company's production tasks, they took the initiative to give up their rest time, stick to their work, and presented gifts for the National Day.
In recent months, output of Fabrication branch had continued to increase, and the volume of production tasks had repeatedly reached new highs. In order to achieve the company's overall goal, this branch had bravely assumed heavy responsibilities under arrangement of the production center, and the first-line teams were vying to undertake key task. Welding of "Shenyang TMB Project" was undertaken by the second workshop. It was time-critical and difficult. It was necessary to ensure the quality and to buy more time for follow-up work. In order to complete the production of the project within the maximum quality and time limit, employees responded to the call to actively give up their vacation time and actively work in production. As we all know, the middle shield of TBM is large in diameter, difficult to turn, and has strict technical requirements. The employees of the second team in welding workshop brainstormed and formulated plans. Under the premise of strengthening safety supervision, the method of double hook coordination was used to complete the turning of the workpiece. Flame heating and reasonable addition of temporary supports perfectly controlled the deformation of the shield after welding. With the joint efforts of all employees in the workshop, middle shield's production tasks were successfully completed, and after inspection, it was transferred to the processing workshop to continue production, laying the foundation for the products to be delivered on time!
Bravely Take on Heavy Responsibilities
The front-line employees of NHI Bulk Material Handling Equipment Branch came to the company early in the morning of October 1st, each put to work, and celebrated the arrival of the "Double Festival" in their own way.
The workers in the machining workshop were busy to ensure the smooth delivery of the Tongling Hailuo Project, MCC Serbia and Indonesia Bintan projects. Especially for four processing shafts of the Indonesian Bintan project, they were very tight. Workshop miller Feng Changyong takes the heavy burden, abandoning the plan to accompany his lover back to his hometown to visit relatives, staying at the post every day during the eight-day holiday of the "Double Festival", ensuring that the task was completed before the milestone. Jiao Hui, the leader of the assembly team in the drum workshop, led the team to perform the tasks of assembling and drying the drums of 245 groups of the Bao Steel Zhanjiang project. According to the October production plan formulated by the workshop before the festival, Jiao Hui took the initiative to work overtime. He did not take a break during the small holiday. It was under his leadership that the team members worked together to ensure the smooth completion of the assembly process. Production takes time. The assembly team of the assembly workshop worked overtime for the drive installation and commissioning of the Bintan project in Indonesia. The position deviation of the input shaft and output shaft of the hydraulic coupling of the drive device should be less than 0.15mm, and the end face runout should be less than 0.10mm. The requirements are very strict. Team leaders Tian Changhua and Fan Yi relied on their years of experience and after many times of commission, they finally met the requirements.
The work of the non-destructive department of Measurement & Inspection center is to provide non-destructive detection services. Non-destructive detection is a very important inspection process for workpieces. Therefore, as long as there is demand, that team must follow-up inspection. During the double festival, the department closely followed the production progress of the structural parts branch and the major component branch, formulated monitoring plans around key products, ensured the smooth progress of products, and actively cooperated with the production line to carry out work.
On October 1, there was a set of large gears in the machining workshop to be subjected to non-destructive testing. The gears had a diameter of more than 7 meters and a height of about 1 meter. The inspection area was large and the inspection was difficult. Due to the tight work schedule and urgent tasks, the inspection personnel Li Cheng, Zhu Hongliang and other 2 teammates, in order not to affect the manufacturing schedule, came to the unit early on October 1st, actively communicated with the machine tool operator, and made sufficient preparations before inspection. It took only half a day to go smoothly. The inspection task was completed, and the inspection results were recorded in detail, and the inspection report was issued in time to actively help the product process to advance steadily.
During the holiday, NHI organized manpower to ensure the delivery schedule of key projects. "Working together to complete the production task" is the best way to celebrate the festive season. On this "double festival" day, the employees who gave up rest to ensure the production progress and stick to their work have become the "most beautiful" landscape of NHI.
