In order to ensure the successful completion of the manufacturing for these two cylinder mixers, according to the sequence of field installation, NHI had formulated a scientific and reasonable assembly completion plan, divided all parts into assembly nodes, shipped in sequence, and prepared for field installation. During the assembly of the mixers, the production safety section of the building materials equipment branch of NHI made full coordination. On the one hand, it carried out the assembly site monitoring, and on the other hand, it made communication and coordination with the process, technology, inspection and other departments, which effectively ensured the timeliness of the project and the effective use of resources. Mr.Lin Haifeng, Mr.Liu Pan, Mr.Wang Shiheng, Mr. LV Haibo and other backbone employees in the assembly workshop of the branch innovated the assembly methods, solved technical problems, and promoted the implementation of the project with high quality by overcoming difficulties and hardships. “We felt worthy to pay more efforts and taste more bitterness.” At the beginning of April this year, Mr. Wang Yufeng and Mr. Tu Jiancheng from No.3 workshop of general assembly of mining building materials equipment branch, were sent to the installation site of mixers project for 265㎡ sintering line of Shiheng Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. They overcame the harsh environment of high temperature and heavy rain, considering from the needs of customers, carefully served the site, established a good reputation for NHI, and thus won the trust of users.
In May, the installation site for Shiheng Special Steel Group Co., Ltd. was very hot with the temperature being as high as 32 ℃. However, Mr. Wang Yufeng and Mr. Tu Jiancheng still chose to stick to the site and organize equipment installation. As there were many site construction units with a lot of chaos at the site, for the timely unloading of the equipment arrival at the site, they mobilized everyone to clean up the site in time, ensuring the working conditions. In seizing short duration of construction, they started work in advance every day, often gave up the break time at noon, continued to study the follow-up construction scheme, and insisted on finishing the work of the day in the evening, and then considered the task of the next day in advance.
In the installation process, for the workpiece with slope requirements, the user required to use the bed mortar method. In order to meet the needs of users, they led the team members to use their spare time in the evening to learn the construction methods. Finally, they overcame all kinds of field problems, completed 72 sitting piles in two days, and ensured the height, level, slope and other parameter requirements, which was highly approved by users. Recently, the idlers needed to be adjusted at the installation site. Facing of sudden rain and temperature drop, they covered the level gauge with the only umbrella, regardless of being soaked by the rain, to ensure the alignment of the idler.
